ANIMA is provided by IO HAZE PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", "our"). By using ANIMA — the app and the website — you agree to these terms. Please read them, and the health notice below, carefully.
ANIMA provides guided breathing exercises for general wellbeing and relaxation. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. It is not a medical device.
Breathwork — especially breath retention and rapid-breathing techniques — can cause light-headedness, tingling or fainting. Practise responsibly:
• Consult a doctor before starting, particularly if you are pregnant or have any heart, respiratory, blood-pressure or neurological condition (including epilepsy).
• Never practise while driving, operating machinery, standing, or in or near water.
• Always practise sitting or lying down in a safe place.
• Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell or uncomfortable.
You use ANIMA at your own risk. The safety notice in the app carries the full list.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ANIMA for your own non-commercial use.
ANIMA is free to start, with a period of full access for new users. After that, some features require an optional paid subscription.
If you purchase one, it is billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel it. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may vary by region.
Signing in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, and you can delete it at any time from Settings → Account. What we store, and who processes it, is set out in the Privacy policy.
Please don't misuse ANIMA — no reverse-engineering, reselling, overloading the service, or using it in any unlawful way. We may suspend access that does.
ANIMA, including its name, design, content and software, is owned by IO HAZE PTE. LTD. and protected by applicable law.
ANIMA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any specific outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of ANIMA. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may add, remove or change features at any time, and we may update these terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change and the app will surface a notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
